What Aman Al-Nashia does

Guardian consent workflows

Every minor account requires a recorded, electronically signed guardian consent before activation, tracked against PDPL requirements.

MoE-aligned content moderation

Automated content moderation is tuned to Ministry of Education policy, not a generic global content filter, then routed to a human reviewer.

Age-tiered access controls

External messaging, location sharing, and media uploads are restricted by default according to grade-level policy, not left opt-out.

Mandatory human review on escalation

Every flagged interaction routes to a trained reviewer before action — a model never silently removes or approves borderline content.

NDMO-classified minor data

Data belonging to a minor is classified and handled under stricter retention and access rules than adult staff data, enforced structurally.

Full audit trail per account

Every flag, moderation action, and access-control change on a student account is logged and available for guardian or school review.

How it works

01

Consent

A guardian signs consent electronically before a minor’s account activates — no exceptions, no default opt-in.

02

Restrict

Age-tiered access controls apply automatically based on grade level — external messaging and location sharing are off by default.

03

Moderate

Content is screened continuously against MoE-aligned policy, with every flag routed for human review.

04

Audit

Every action on a student account — flag, removal, control change — is logged and available for school or guardian review.
