neuriya Sakinahسكينة
Menopause care, met with sovereign AI dignity.
An Arabic-first AI companion for perimenopause and menopause — symptom tracking, grounded guidance, and clinician escalation, built on sovereign, PDPL-aligned infrastructure for the Saudi health system.
Menopause care is under-served — and rarely built for Arabic speakers.
Symptoms are frequently dismissed, guidance is fragmented across visits, and most digital tools are neither Arabic-first nor built to keep patient data in-Kingdom. Sakinah gives women a consistent, private companion through the transition, and gives clinicians a continuous, structured record instead of a single fifteen-minute snapshot.
السكينة تبدأ بالفهم
“Tranquility begins with understanding.”
What Sakinah does
Arabic-first AI companion
Conversational symptom check-ins grounded in clinical guidelines, available in Arabic and English.
Symptom tracking & journaling
Longitudinal tracking of vasomotor, sleep, mood, and cycle symptoms, visualised for the patient and her clinician.
Clinician escalation & triage
Rules-based triage routes red-flag symptoms to a licensed clinician, with full context handed off automatically.
Personalised care plans
Guidance adapts to each woman’s stage — perimenopause through post-menopause — and her care team’s plan.
Sovereign data residency
All patient data stays in-Kingdom, PDPL-aligned and NDMO-classified by design.
Health-system integration
Built to connect with MoH, CCHI, and NPHIES-integrated providers rather than operate as a silo.

How it works
Check in
A short daily or weekly conversation captures symptoms, sleep, and mood in Arabic or English.
Understand
Sakinah explains what’s happening and what’s normal, referencing trusted clinical guidance.
Escalate when needed
Symptoms outside safe thresholds are routed to a clinician with full context — no repeating her story.
Track progress
Her care team sees the trend, not just the snapshot, across the full menopause transition.
